By booking or receiving services, you agree to the following:
- Appointments are reserved specifically for you and may require a valid card to book.
- Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows within 12 hours of the appointment will incur a $50 fee.
- Late arrivals may result in shortened services; full service fees still apply.
- All services are for wellness purposes only and are not medical treatment.
- Respectful conduct is required at all times. Inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of service without refund.
- The Spa reserves the right to refuse service for safety, health, or policy violations.
Continued use of services indicates acceptance of these terms.
